Our servers are installed in a modern purpose built, datacentre, equiped with with diverse network feeds,
redundant UPS and diesel backup generators. The server room is equiped with VESDA smoke detection,
FM200 fire suppression and N+1 air-conditioning. Access is controlled by a card entry system and
monitored by an extensive CCTV network.

Server Hardening
We install a firewall, configure brute force password protection, secure /tmp partitions, secure PHP and install mod_security.

Basic Server Management (optional)
We will provide assistance in fixing problems with your server, and in the day to day running. Examples of activities that are included on every server are Software, OS and Kernel Updates, cPanel Updates, Site Backup Configuration and Restoration, Server Reboots, DNS Configuration, Software Installations (NetPBM, ImageMagick, GD etc.), SSL certificate installation.

Advanced Server Management (optional)
In addition to the Basic Server Management we will undertake any administration tasks on your server up to 2 hours per month (doubled to 4 hours for the first month). Examples include transferring accounts from other servers, setting up hosting accounts or installing scripts. Unused hours can be carried over into the next month (but not subsequent months).

There are no minimum contracts - you can cancel your dedicated server whenever you wish by giving 30 days notice.
Your server will normally be deployed within 3 days of your order.
We use CentOS 5.x by default on our servers.
If you'd prefer a different OS, please let us know prior to purchasing.
